Holes

We are on the set of the movie holes. i swear. there are lizards and everything! we totally dug holes all day while the ecuadorians watched and laughed at us. we had to use pic axes too because the ground was so hard. after lunch, we split into groups (mine and megs was still digging holes) and so we tried to use the pic axes. again the ecuadorians laughed at us for awhile until one of them seemed to feel bad enough for us and grabbed it. i swear he used it for like ten straight minutes and did about 10x the work of all of us together. then he let us dig it out and another ecuadorian came and pic axed for awhile. they always let us try while they made fun of us, but in the end, they would help us haha. honestly it needed to be a meter deep.... im pretty sure we wouldnt have gotten past a foot without them!
